Thank you for shopping at JERSIO. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible using our delivery partner, SteadFast Courier.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically handed over to the courier on the same day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

Inside Dhaka City 1 - 2 Days 70 BDT
Outside Dhaka City 2 - 3 Days 130 BDT

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to SteadFast Courier, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Email containing your Tracking ID. You can track your package directly through the SteadFast tracking portal.

4. Delivery Procedure

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD services nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

  • Inspection: We encourage customers to check the product in front of the delivery agent. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
